Advertiser Terms

Advertising is organised as Ad Account → Campaign → Ad Set → Ad. The wallet sits on the Ad Account. An Ad Set carries the placement mode, targeting, daily budget and schedule. An Ad carries the creative.

One placement mode applies per ad set: either you pick screens yourself, or you set a budget and filters and let the platform place the ad. You cannot mix both within one ad set.

Before you can add money to a wallet you must confirm your email address and complete PAN verification. Advertising in a regulated category may require further documentation before creatives in that category are approved.

You add funds in advance. Your wallet is debited per verified play at the published price for that screen’s venue tier. Prices are in Indian Rupees.

A play is billed only when it is recorded by proof-of-play from the screen. You are not charged for estimated impressions, for plays that did not happen, or for screens that were offline.

If your wallet cannot cover the price of a play, the ad does not play. Delivery resumes when the wallet is funded. There is no credit facility and no negative balance.

A minimum top-up applies, and daily budgets must be at least a multiple of the price of a single play so that pacing works. Current values are shown in the product at the time you set them.

We do not guarantee a number of plays, a share of voice, a specific screen, or that a budget will be fully spent. Delivery depends on screen availability, competing demand, Associate category blocks and the schedule you set.

We do not measure how many people saw an ad. We record that the ad played on a real, verified screen. Any audience figure shown in the product is contextual information about a venue, not a measured or guaranteed reach.

You confirm that you hold the rights to everything you upload and that it complies with the Content & Advertising Policy and applicable law, including advertising standards and any sector-specific rules.

All creatives are reviewed before they can play. We may reject or remove a creative under that policy. Associates may block whole categories on their own screens.

You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your creatives, including intellectual property and misleading advertising claims.

Your wallet ledger shows every debit with a reference to the play that caused it, including the screen and time. If you believe a charge is wrong, raise it with us — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where the ledger and any other display disagree, the ledger governs.

We may suspend an ad account for repeated content breaches, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or where required by law. Suspension stops new top-ups; existing delivery stops as well where the account itself is suspended.
