Last updated 2026-08-05 · TODO — <Name> Private Limited
These terms are pending review by legal counsel. If anything here conflicts with applicable law, the law prevails. Questions: support@do-ad.com.
If something has gone wrong, start with support — most issues are resolved there. If that does not settle it, you can escalate to our Grievance Officer, who is named below as required by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
1. Registered entity
- Registered name:
- TODO — <Name> Private Limited
- Registered office:
- TODO — Address line 1, TODO — Address line 2, TODO — City, TODO — State, TODO — PIN, India
2. Everyday support
Email support@do-ad.com or call +91 80899 43357.
For general enquiries not related to an account, write to info@do-ad.com.
Please include your registered email and, where relevant, the campaign name, screen name or payment reference. It makes the answer faster and more specific.
3. Grievance Officer
If support has not resolved your issue, escalate to our Grievance Officer:
- Name:
- Rahul Balasubramanian
- Email:

4. What to expect
We acknowledge a grievance within 24 hours of receiving it, and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
If we need longer — for example where a payment provider or an Associate has to be involved — we will tell you why and give a revised date rather than let the matter go quiet.
5. What to include
- Your name and the email registered on your DoAd account
- What happened, and when
- Any reference you have — campaign name, screen name, payment reference or ledger entry
- What outcome you are asking for
6. Complaints about an ad or a screen
If you have seen an advertisement on a DoAd screen that you believe breaches our Content & Advertising Policy or the law, report it to the Grievance Officer with the location of the screen and the approximate time. We can identify what played on a given screen at a given time from proof-of-play records.
