Associate Terms

DoAd owns no screens. You own the hardware, you choose where it goes, and you can remove it from the platform at any time. We provide the software that runs on it.

You are responsible for the screen itself: power, internet, mounting, safety, and any permissions or licences your local authority or landlord requires for displaying a screen at your premises.

You can use DoAd purely as a digital signage tool — your own menu, offers or photos — with no advertising and no fee. You are not required to carry ads.

To carry paid advertising you opt in and complete verification, which includes venue details and photographs of the installed screen. Verification exists because advertisers are paying for placement on a real screen at a real venue.

On verification, an admin assigns a venue tier, which sets the price per play for your screen. Tiers reflect the venue and its footfall.

You can block categories of advertising on your screen. A blocked category will not play there, regardless of what an advertiser is willing to pay. You can stop carrying ads entirely at any time.

Your own content continues to play alongside ads, and fills any slot that has not been sold.

You earn 70% of the price of each verified play carried on your screen. The remaining 30% is the platform fee. The current share and tier prices are shown in your dashboard.

Earnings accrue per play to an append-only ledger, in Indian Rupees. You are credited only for plays actually recorded by proof-of-play — the same record that causes the advertiser to be charged. If a play does not happen, neither side is charged or credited.

You can request a payout of your accrued balance. Payouts are made to the bank account you provide and are subject to verification of your identity and account details.

We may be required to withhold tax at source on payouts and to report them. Where withholding applies, you receive the net amount and the withholding is recorded against your account. You are responsible for your own tax filings.

A minimum payout amount may apply. Payouts are processed manually in the current version of the platform, so allow time for processing.

Advertisers rely on screens actually being on. We measure uptime. A screen that is persistently offline may stop receiving paid ads, and a screen that misrepresents its venue may be unverified or removed.

Occasional outages are expected and are not a breach — you are simply not credited for plays that did not happen.

Content you upload must comply with the Content & Advertising Policy and applicable law, and you must hold the rights to it. The same review standards apply to your signage as to advertising.

You are an independent party, not an employee, agent or partner of TODO — <Name> Private Limited. Nothing here creates an employment relationship or an exclusive arrangement, and you are free to run other advertising on other screens.

You can remove a screen or close your account at any time. Earnings already accrued remain payable, subject to verification. Unpair the screen from your dashboard so no further content is served to it.
